On your path to publication? Already on the path but looking to grow?
Here are some of my favorite writing resources, from blogs, to spreadsheets, to amazing editors. I hope they help!
Writing and Publishing Websites
Bookends Literary Agency blog | A fantastic resource for writers around publishing, like what to know before querying, etc. They also run a fantastic Youtube channel full of free resources for writers.
Grammar Girl| Such a fantastic site to help with grammar questions.
Manuscript Wishlist| This site is a way for writers to see what agents and editors are looking for. This is a one-stop-shop for some of the tweets found under #MSWL on Twitter.
Misfits & Daydreamers | Recommended to me from agent friend Hannah VanVels, this is New York Times bestselling author Susan Dennard’s newsletter that gives tips about writing, writing tutorials, and behind-the-scenes publishing info.
Pub Rants | From Nelson Literary Agency in which a very nice literary agent indulges in polite rants about queries, writers, and the publishing industry.
Writer’s Digest | Their website description says it best: This is a great resource for writers, celebrating the writing life, and what it means to be a writer in today’s publishing environment.

Looking for an Editor?
Here is a list of editors that I recommend. Keep in mind, most editors are booked several months out, so plan ahead.

- Megan Manzano | Editor, literary agent, and self-described book nerd
